To purchase a Gift Card, simply visit our online shop where you can select the value of the card and fill in the email address that the Gift Card should be delivered to.
Please note that Gift Cards can only be delivered electronically via email.
How do I redeem a voucher (gift card) code?
Once you have added your selected items to your basket, simply select Check Out, type in the number where it states, “Gift card number” and click “Apply Gift Card”. The value for the Gift Card will be applied to your total and you can complete the transaction.
Please note that Gift Cards are valid for online purchases only and have a validity of 1 year after purchase.
Gift cards do not apply to promotional discounts and cannot be used to pay for delivery fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayFast.
The following South African or International payments using a debit or credit card are accepted: VISA & MasterCard.
Regrettably we do not accept payments using EFT or ebucks.
In the unlikely event of a defect, you may return the item to us at your cost within 6 months from the date of delivery. We will inspect the item and decide whether to refund the item at purchase price or replace it – this will be done at our discretion within 30 calendar days.
I need to return an item
Non defective items:
You may cancel your order within 7 days of the delivery date of the item. To be eligible for a full refund within 30 working days of cancellation, we require the garments to be returned to us, at your own cost. The item must be in the exact same condition as it was sent (undamaged, tagged, unwashed and unworn). Please note that for items in the wrong size, we may offer a refund, not an exchange. Please see our handy size guide to assist you in choosing the right size for your child. Regrettably, we cannot refund or replace Intimates, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Underwear, Gift Cards or any personalised item made to specification.
Whilst all our clothing is designed and made to be long-lasting, we encourage customers to wash and handle their items with care. Please follow the washing and care guidelines provided on all our labels carefully.
Though every care is taken to update our online shop regularly, we cannot guarantee availability of items. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you immediately with the proposed intervention.
In order to complete an order, you do need an account with us. This will allow you to receive updates and information on new releases, special promotions and tips.
We will never use your information for any third-party advertising.
How do I order online?
We are geared up to make your online shopping experience as easy and seamless as possible. Get shopping by browsing our website and adding items to your shopping basket. Remember to check the sizing using our handy body measurement size guide and specify the quantities that you would like.
Once you are happy with your selection, you can proceed to “checkout”. Enter your contact and shipping details and choose if you would like to subscribe to get updates on new collections and promotions. Once you have made payment via the selected payment method (see options here), we will send you an email and invoice confirmation.

Can I amend my order once it’s been placed?
If an order has been added to your cart, checked out and yet no payment has been made, you may simply return to your cart and amend the order transaction.

I haven’t received my order confirmation
When placing an order, please ensure that a valid email address has been entered as part of your contact details. Please do not hesitate to contact the courier company should you have any concern or feedback.
I want to place an order, what are the delivery fees?
There is a flat fee charged for delivery of R75.00. This delivery fee is charged per order made, irrespective of location or value of order placed. Free shipping for orders over R500-00 value.
Regrettably we do not deliver to PO boxes or Post Offices.
How is my order shipped?
Once your order is placed and paid for, it will be shipped to your specified delivery address by our preferred external courier company. Your parcel’s waybill will be sent directly to you from the courier company, so please keep an eye on your mailbox. We regret that we cannot deliver to PO boxes or Post Offices.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes place between 3 – 10 working days, depending on your area and the nature of your order. We will endeavour to make sure all orders are delivered within 30 working days. Please note that deliveries and dispatches will only be done during working days and within working hours, to the address provided by you.
How can I track my order?
We’re so thrilled you have placed an order with Sticky Fudge. You can track your delivery on the courier’s website using your unique tracking reference number received via email from the courier company shortly after you made your purchase.
My order is taking longer than expected
Using your unique tracking reference you will be able to track your order via the courier’s website. Please contact the couriers with your details so that they can assist you if you have any concerns. Remember to inform them upfront should you have any special delivery requests when entering your delivery details.
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered within 30 days, we will aim to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please see our terms and conditions.
I have entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
If an order has been added to your basket, checked out and yet no payment has been made, you may simply return to your basket and amend the order transaction.
Once the order has been placed and paid for, the order is deemed complete and will be processed, so please take great care when completing the online order form.
Once you have received an email containing your unique tracking number from the courier, you can contact them directly to inform them of the change of address. Please note that any change to the order and delivery address will impact on the delivery times.
Can I combine orders with a friend and have them shipped to different addresses?
Because each order is a single, separate and a unique transaction that is billed and shipped as such, we are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders placed.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently not able to deliver internationally but are working hard to offer this option soon.
